Abstract

This research aims to analyse Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice and Organizational Climate as Determinants teacher’s job satisfaction (Case in: SMKN 1 Padang Panjang)The total of  66 teachers participated in this research. The data was analyzed using multiple regression organizational climate has positive impact on job satisfaction. The results indicated that there is a not positive relationship of procedural Justice in teacher’s job satisfaction. Implication of the research was also discussed.
