The Influences of Transformational, Transactional and Servant Leadership Styles On Employees’ Job Satisfaction In Public Sector (Case Study: Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Tambang And Energy Padang)

Abstract

This research examined the influences of three leadership styles (Transformational, Transactional and Servant) on employees’ job satisfaction in Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Tambang and Energy (Disperindagtmaben) Padang. The data obtained through questionnaire. The study found that the transformational, transactional and servant leadership styles has a good influences on employees’ job satisfaction. It means the leader at Disperindagtamben Padang has already use this three leaderships styles in a good ways. Therefore Disperindagtamben Padang should maintain and enhance the leadership styles to improve employee’s job satisfaction.
