The Impact Of Job Stress Om Employees Performance: Case Study Dr. Reksodiwiryo Hospital In Padang

Abstract

This research the impact of job role conflict, workload, and physical environment  toward employees job satisfaction at dr. Reksodiwiryo Hospital in Padang. The data obtained through questionnaire. The study found that the stress has negative influence on employees job satisfaction. It means the employees in this hospital have a negative stress at work. Job stress as independent variable, they don’t have impact to job satisfaction by employees. Therefore dr. Reksodiwiryo  Hospital in Padang  should reduce the stress of work to improve employee job satisfaction.
